The Constitution of the United States
16 week / $350

This class will focus on the greatest experiment of all time, the American Experiment. Students will gain an understanding of the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, three branches of government, law making process, election process, and the meaning of American Exceptionalism. They will learn about the Judeo-Christian principles upon which our country was founded. Students will gain an understanding of local, state, and federal government and the importance of their participation in fulfilling their civic duties. Students will engage in group projects, class discussions, case law and its effect on our republic, and mock elections and debates.

The student will need:

Understanding the U.S. Constitution book (link), a spiral bound notebook and a pen or pencil.
