Gardening
16 weeks with Pastor Jennifer / $350
A school garden serves as an educational tool that seamlessly integrates hands-on activities into a variety of interdisciplinary lessons. By nurturing a garden, students are immersed in an environment that fosters observation and exploration of nature. Through this experience, students will develop a deeper understanding of ecosystems, food sources and plant life cycles. From planting vegetables and herbs to exploring the art of canning, as well as caring for chickens and gathering fresh eggs, our school garden provides a rich and multifaceted learning opportunity for all involved.
