Kick Catch Swing is a high-energy physical education class designed to get kids moving, playing, and building coordination through fun, active games. ​

Students will develop essential motor skills, including balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, and teamwork, through structured activities like kickball, catch-and-throw challenges, obstacle courses, and swinging relay races.

Perfect for all energy levels and skill abilities, this class emphasizes fun, movement, and confidence—with plenty of room for laughter and friendly competition!

Weeks 9–12: Swinging Skills (Golf/Tee-Ball Focus)
9. Intro to Golf Swing (Grip, Stance, Follow-Through)
10. Hitting Off a Tee (Baseball Swing Fundamentals)
11. Mini Golf or Tee-Ball Hitting Circuit
12. Game Day: Tee-Ball Scrimmage or Golf Challenge
