Great Debaters

Let's take a few simple ideas and/or disagreement of opinions, add some technique with a sprinkle of research...pour in a lot of fun and giggles and a dash of social skills and you will get the perfect class for elementary kids to learn the skill of debate!
Students will learn the difference between an argument and a debate, they will practice providing evidence to support their thinking, they will discuss topics they are passionate about, they will learn to listen and communicate with people who have different opinions, and practice communication skills all while having a great time.
